A New Filling Station in Jaber Al-Ahmad City Opened

KNPC opened a new filling station in the residential city of Jaber Al-Ahmad No. 148, being the third station that the company operates in the city, while a fourth station is under construction due to be operated soon.

Opening this station is a part of the company’s scheme to construct a group of filling stations in various regions in the country, particularly in the new residential areas, aiming to meet the needs of its residents of petroleum products, and to keep pace with the urban expansion in the country.

The company continued to implement this scheme despite the effects of the crisis of the Corona virus (Covid 19) outbreak, indicating in this regard that four new stations were opened during this crisis.

The station No. 148 has a modern design and uses advanced technology for solar energy through solar panels that produce clean energy that saves 30% of the station's electricity need.

The station contains a vapor recovery unit, capable of capturing fumes while filling the vehicle's tank with fuel, then condensing it and returning it to the tank, the thing which contributes to reducing environmental pollution.

The station will provide its customers with additional services, such as a mini-central market and an ATM, and will enable them to pay for their fuel consumption through advanced and easy electronic technologies and applications.
