As part of the joint cooperation between KNPC and Japanese Cooperation Center for Petroleum (JCCP), Training & Career Development Department received a delegation from this Center whose visit aimed to discuss the training programs they provide the company’s employees therewith in addition to the new training opportunities and the upgrading method of the training quality.
Employee Development Team Leader Noura Al-Rushaid and the concerned team at the company attended the meeting where the attendees reviewed the previous training programs and upgrading thereof in order to consolidate the technical capabilities of the company’s engineers as well as management training programs, talent management in particular. Training Scheme for 2019 / 2020 was also considered.
