The Company Publishes "Mawasem" Book Which Highlights the Richness and Diversity of Kuwaiti Environment

The Kuwait National Petroleum Company has issued a new book on the Kuwaiti environment, titled "Mawasem". The book consists of 222 pages, divided into four chapters, and supported by 268 illustrations, in addition to sufficient and elaborated scientific explanations in both Arabic and English.

On this occasion, Manager of Corporate Communication Department at KNPC Kholoud Al-Mutairi said that "Mawasem" is the outcome of cooperation between the company and the Kuwaiti Environment Lens Team, which includes a group of Kuwaiti youth volunteers who work with enthusiasm and passion, and make great and sincere efforts in order to highlight the beauty of our beloved country environment.

Al-Mutairi stated that the Book, which covers most parts and a number of islands in Kuwait, documents the components of the Kuwaiti environment on land, in sea and the air, and also reflects the company's keenness to fulfill its corporate social responsibility, stressing that the company always seeks to fulfill this responsibility as fully as possible, and in several fields headed by the environment for which the company pays great attention and special care.
