Al-Fadhli, Receives Leadership Award for Developing Working Woman
Process Engineering Team Leader, MAA, Rashed Al-Fadhli has achieved additional remarkable milestone for KNPC and its staff by receiving the GDA ‘Excellence Leadership’ “LEWAS-2021” Award for Developing Working Woman in the oil and gas industries in the GCC.
The ceremony was sponsored by Bahrain Oil Minister Sheikh Khalifa Muhammad Al Khalifa at Gulf Hotel, Al-Manama.
During the ceremony organized by the Gulf Downstream Association in Al-Manama, Bahrain, Al-Fadhli expressed his pride in receiving the “Male Champion” Award in the “Corporate Excellence Recognition” category. “This prize reflects KNPC management concern in staff developing and promoting their skills and leadership potentials,” he said. Al-Fadhli thanked his colleagues for their support and contribution in improving the work environment and for making opportunities for women to assume leading roles and responsible positions.
“LEWAS-2021” is awarded to people and organizations who contribute to the advancement of woman leadership role in the oil and gas industries, and show excellence in leadership, innovation, research and communication enhancement.
