Prime Minister inaugurated the 4th Kuwait Oil & Gas Conference & Exhibition

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah expressed his confidence in the Kuwaiti manpower working in the oil and gas sector, and assured the full support to create a healthy and advanced work environment capable of raising the productivity level of oil companies.

Upon patronizing and attending the opening ceremony of the Fourth Kuwait Oil and Gas Conference and Exhibition 2019, held at Jaber Al Ahmad Cultural Center, the PM extolled the great participation of national, Arab and foreign companies and international organizations in this conference, the thing which reflects the distinctive reputation of the State of Kuwait and its leading position in the field of energy and oil industries.

For his part, the Oil Minister & Minister of Electricity and Water Dr. Khaled Al-Fadhel said that despite the changes that are shaking the global oil industry, Kuwait has committed to maintaining the stability of oil prices, so as not to burden the consuming countries, and does not impede the growth of the exporting countries.

“The biennial event is the largest gathering of the oil and gas industry in Kuwait and provides a unique platform for exchanging views among world oil industry leaders,” said CEO of KPC Hashem Sayed Hashem.

About 6,000 visitors, including 216 speakers from 66 companies and 27 countries participate in 8 special sessions and 23 technical ones.
