MAB Refinery Wins International Safety Award

Mina Abdullah Refinery has been awarded the “President” Award for the 14th consecutive year by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) for its achievements and commitment to enhancing safety standards in its various facilities and operations.
 
On this occasion, DCEO for Support Services Abdulaziz Al Duaij said that the refinery's award reflects the company's priority to implement safety systems and the level of awareness of its employees.
 
For her part, DCEO of MAB Wadha Al-Khateeb commended the level of disciplined performance of the managers of departments, team leaders and employees in the refinery, expecting further achievements, and underlined the importance of adhering to the requirements of security, safety and environment in all refinery activities.
 
Founded more than 100 years ago, (RoSPA) is a leading global association dedicated to the promotion of safety in various industrial and civil fields. It also aims to reduce accidents and maintain the safety of individuals. Its vision is "Life, free from serious accidental injuries".
