KNPC Honors Former CEO

KNPC honored the former CEO Engineer Mohammed Ghazi Al-Mutairi who retired after as long as 30 years of servicing the company, of which he spent 5 years as CEO.

The company held a special party for this occasion which was attended by the former two Oil Ministers Hani Abdul Aziz Hussain and Isam Al-Marzouq in addition to handful of present and former oil sector leaders who witnessed the celebrated, as well as company officials who were his colleagues and worked under his leadership.

CEO Waleed Khaled Al-Bader opened the ceremony with a speech in which he highlighted Al-Mutairi and his achievements over the years, stressing the company's loyalty to its sons who gave it a lot, and did not spare them the essence of their experiences.

Al-Bader noted that the march of Al-Mutairi which provides a positive example and a good role model for others, especially young people, pointing out that it is a process that gives lessons in diligence, perseverance, sincerity, goal setting and follow-up.

The ceremony witnessed the presentation of a documentary film about the march of Al-Mutairi since joining the company in 1987. For his part, the celebrant gave a speech in which he thanked all those who helped him during his tenure in the sector, while in the end he received shields and souvenirs in recognition of him and his role.
