The College of Engineering & Petroleum at Kuwait University honored KNPC, represented by DCEO for Support Services Abdulaziz Al-Duaij, for sponsoring five of the winning projects in Kuwait University’s 36th Engineering Design Exhibition for the College students out of nine projects.
The exhibition was organized by the College’s Engineering Training & Graduates Center under the auspices of Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Mohammed Al-Jabri and attended by Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of State for Youth Affairs Shafiq Al-Omar. DCEO of Fuel Operations Ghanim Al-Otaibi and CCD Manager Kholoud Al–Mutairi also attended the exhibition.
The President of the University of Kuwait, Hussein Al-Ansari expressed his pride of the students for their distinction in various projects that keep pace with the modern times and introduce engineering solutions to certain problems. “These projects embody the students’ theoretical courses with a focus on the practical aspect in the curricula of the said College of Engineering & Petroleum,” he added.
