As part of its initiative “Think-K”, KPC Launched “Performance Management” Community, which it adopts to get together the Planning and Finance experts from all k-companies.
KNPC participated in this event and is represented by DCEOs for Planning and Finance Khalid Al-Khayyat, for Support Services Nasser Al-Shamaa, for Fuel Supply Operations Ghanim Al-Otaibi in addition to a large number of Department Managers and Team Leaders thereof.
Managing Director for KPC Planning and Finance Wafaa Al-Zuabi delivered a speech at the ceremony in which she expressed her admiration for the Community idea and said that KPC has been working thereon for over a year and it’s activated its electronic platform some time ago.
Al-Zuabi reiterated that k-companies have human resources who are qualified enough to enable their companies to establish such kind of communities so as they can exchange expertise among the performance management experts in the oil sector.
