The Central Agency for Public Tenders delegation, headed by the Chairman Abdullah Al-Abdurrazzaq and his Deputy Dr. Rana Al-Fares as well as a number of Directors at CAPT visited the Clean Fuels Project (CFP).
The guests were received by CEO Mohammed Ghazi Al-Mutairi and his DCEOs at the MAA Head Office. Afterwards, they moved to the Project at MAB and were accompanied by DCEO for Projects Abdullah Fahhad Al-Ajmi and CFP Team Leaders.
The delegation listened to a presentation introduced by the Team Leader of CFP Package 3 Mohammed Bu Abbas who went over the latest developments at the Project, a background about its objectives and some important facts pertaining thereto. Bu Abbas also reviewed the achievement rates at the Project’s different packages.
As far as the specifications of KNPC petroleum derivatives are concerned, Al-Ajmi stated that CFP achieved a quantum leap complying with the strict international environmental requirements.
The guests concluded their visit by having a field tour to have a look at the work progress at the Project’s various utilities.
