Hold periodic awareness meetings for Suppliers and Contractors.
Manage supplier promotional visits.
Conduct and coordinate SPAC meetings and follow-up.
Audit KNPC for compliance with KPC Mechanism and approved SPAC recommendations.
Facilitate qualification and registration.
Host social events with suppliers.
Provide status reports on payments and applications.
Respond to supplier inquiries.
Handle supplier complaint.
Provide preliminary resolution of disputes.
Conduct field visits for communication and to learn local market capabilities.
Provide seminars on qualify for suppliers.
