The establishment designs of Suppliers Service Center (SSC) are ongoing; they are expected to be completed by December 2008.

Planned services to be delivered through SSC include:

1. Publish a monthly electronic supplier directed to KNPC's contractors and manufacturers.

2. Hold periodic awareness meetings for Suppliers and Contractors.

3. Manage supplier promotional visits.

4. Conduct and coordinate SPAC meetings and follow-up.

5. Audit KNPC for compliance with KPC Mechanism and approved SPAC recommendations.

6. Assist in qualification and registration.

7. Host social events with suppliers.

8. Provide status reports on payments and applications.

9. Respond to supplier inquiries.

10. Handle supplier complaint.

11. Provide preliminary resolution of disputes.

12. Conduct quality audits/visits on suppliers.

13. Provide quality training for suppliers.
